Trout Burger

Taste and lightness are the characteristics of this burger. Fillets of salmon trout, raised in the uncontaminated spring waters of the Iblei Mountains (SR), are the main characters of this recipe with a very low-fat content, a rich protein and omega3 content and a high digestibility.
Once ready, the burger are subsequently cut down at -40°C, to preserve all the freshness and goodness of ingredients.

Ingredients

TROUT(*) Reared Italy-Sicily. Food salt, potato starch (may contain traces of WHEAT), black pepper, spicy paprika. May contain traces of: molluscs, crustaceans, nuts, soya.

Cooking

To best enjoy the product, it is recommended to allow the product to thaw in the fridge for at least 12 hours, alternatively you can thaw the product in the microwave (defrost function). Bake in ventilated oven preheated to 180°C for about 10-12 minutes or in microwave oven with “crisp” function for about 6-7 minutes. (Please refer to the manual of the microwave oven for cooking tips).

Conservation

The product is frozen. Please, store it at a temperature not exceeding -18°C. Properly preserved, it has a duration of 12 months starting from the date of production. It must be consumed, preferably, by the date indicated on the package. Once thawed, the product must be consumed within 24 hours. Do not freeze again.
