Anchovy cutlet

Excellent fish dish or delicious finger food appetizer. The anchovy fillets are covered with a crunchy and Sicilian flavor tasty breading.
For the production are used Sicilian ingredients of high quality: breadcrumbs, Provola dei Nebrodi and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Once ready, the anchovy cutlets are immediately cut down to -40°C to store the organoleptic properties and all the goodness of the raw materials.

ANCHOVIES (*), mineral water, wheat flour “00”, breadcrumbs (common WHEAT flour“0”, water, yeast base, salt), extra virgin olive oil, parsley, tomato pulp (pulp tomato sauce, tomato juice, salt, citric acid), onion, Provola dei Nebrodi cheese (pasteurized cow’s MILK, salt, rennet), white wine (sulphites), food salt (anti-caking agent E536, may contain traces of sodium), parsley, black pepper. May contain traces of: molluscs, crustaceans, nuts, soya, sesame, fish bones.

Cooking

To better enjoy the product, we recommend not to thaw before cooking. Cook in preheated oil to 170 °C for about 3 minutes.

Conservation

The product is frozen. Store at a temperature not exceeding -18 °C. Properly preserved, it has a duration of 12 months starting from the date of production. It must be preferably consumed by the date indicated on the package. Once thawed, the product must be consumed within 24 hours. Do not refrozen.
