Shrimps skewers

A “classic” light and tasty, to be enjoyed as an appetizer or as a second course light and fanciful.
Once shelled, shrimp tails, come first marinated and then passed in a traditional breading rich in Sicilian flavor.
For the preparation are used Sicilian ingredients of first quality: breadcrumbs, Provola dei Nebrodi cheese, Ragusano D.O.P. cheese and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Once ready, the shrimp skewers are immediately cut down at -40°C to store the organoleptic properties and all the freshness of the materials prime.

Ingredients

ATLANTIC SHRIMP tails (*), durum wheat semolina breadcrumbs (durum wheat semolina durum WHEAT, water, natural yeast, salt), bread crumbs of Sicilian durum wheat semolina with yeast base (durum WHEAT semolina, water, yeast base, salt, yeast), extra virgin olive oil, Provola dei Nebrodi cheese (pasteurized cow’s MILK, salt, rennet), spun cheese Ragusano D.O.P (raw cow’s MILK, salt, rennet), vinegar wine (contains sulfites), mustard, parsley, salt (contains: anti-caking agent E536, may contain traces of sodium), black pepper.
May contain traces of: molluscs, nuts, soya.

Cooking

To better enjoy the product, it is recommended to allow the product to thaw in the fridge for at least 12 hours, alternatively you can thaw the product in the microwave (defrost function).
Bake in a ventilated oven preheated to 180 °C for about 10 -12 minutes or in a microwave oven with crisp function for about 5-6 minutes. (Refer to the manual of the microwave oven for cooking suggestions).

Conservation

The product is frozen. Store at a temperature not exceeding -18 °C. Properly preserved, it has a duration of 12 months starting from the date of production.
It must be preferably consumed by the date indicated on the package. Once thawed, the product must be consumed within 24 hours. Do not freeze again.
