Beccafico Sardines

A classic of traditional Sicilian cuisine, Beccafico Sardine is a simple product to cook, served as a second course or as a rich appetizer.
On the sardine fillets is prepared a tasty filling, rich in first quality Sicilian ingredients, such as breadcrumbs, Provola Dei Nebrodi, Ragusano D.O.P. cheeses and seasoned exclusively with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which gives the product unmistakable taste and aroma.
The fillet is then rolling in breadcrumbs and immediately cut down, in order to preserve all the freshness and goodness of the ingredients.

Ingredients

Fillets of SARDINE (*), breadcrumbs of Sicilian durum wheat semolina with yeast base (durum WHEAT semolina, water, yeast base, salt, yeast), tomato pulp (tomato pulp, tomato juice, salt), Provola dei Nebrodi spun cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), sultanas (dried grapes, vegetable oil), classic extra virgin olive oil, Ragusano D.O.P spun cheese (raw cow’s MILK, salt, rennet), shelled pine nuts, parsley, bread crumbs (WHEAT semolina, water, salt, yeast), wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant E224. contains SULFITES), food salt, black pepper. May contain traces of: molluscs, crustaceans, nuts, soya, sesame, fish bones.

Cooking

The product is frozen. Store at a temperature not exceeding -18 °C. Properly preserved, it has a duration of 12 months starting from the date of production. It must be preferably consumed by the date indicated on the package. Once thawed, the product must be consumed within 24 hours. Do not re-frozen.

Conservation

Il prodotto è congelato. Conservare ad una temperatura non superiore a -18°C. Correttamente conservato, il preparato ha durata di 12 mesi che decorrono dalla data di produzione. Deve essere consumato preferibilmente entro la data riportata sulla confezione. Una volta decongelato deve essere consumato entro 24 ore. Do not freeze again.
